On your computer go to >programs >accessories> >Remote Desktop Connection

in the field Computer name type      ts.elmore.k12.al.us

Click on the Options Tab at the bottom of the window

In the User Name box  type:your      fname.lname

Click Connect

Then you will come to a familiar window and it will ask for your password
